The Pattern of Analysis on the Health Behavior of Midlife Women in the Middle-east Area

Abstract
A study of the types and the features of objective perceptions of health care behavior of middle aged women in the Middle East, using Q methodology. A total of 49 women were selected and questioned through the direct interview fromOctober 1, 2006 to December 30, 2006, from which a total 35 Q-samples were obtained. The samples were analyzed with Principal Component Analysis, Weighted Rotational Analytical Procedure (WRAP). Type I is health management, Type II is social activity, Type III is exercise orientation, and Type IV is religious orientation. This research was about the objective perceptions about health care behavior of middle aged women in Middle East (or Jordan) compared with researches undertaken in Korea. The result is to find a more effective way to direct health care behavior that could improve the condition of health management, promote health and raise the quality of life.
